Asian Glazed Pork Chop with Bok Choy

Pork…the other white meat. You either love or hate it but it’s really one of the most versatile meats out there. Like the other white meat pork absorbs flavour really well. The only thing to worry about is trying not to over cook it which also goes for the other white meat. Because this cut of pork is super lean it’s protein packed and a great low fat choice in the meat dept. You’ll like how quick n easy this is.

Have a great one!

  1. Hello!

I’m finishing the beginner’s HIIT workout. I’m feeling stronger, and I like it. 🙂 Although I’m not sure I’m losing fat, I’m planning on keeping doing it but I cannot figure out what is the next step. As I mentioned before I’m doing the HIIT (squat/pushups/1 leg deadlift/row/thrursters/chin-up) and the aerobic workout. The aerobic workout you suggested continues until week 11, but the other one ends on week 6. Can you help?
    Thanks,
    Sara

  2. Wow, that looks fantastic, it’s too bad there isn’t any calorie count or a P/C/F split to know what you’re actually consuming, but the recipe does look relatively healthy.

    Great stuff!
