Health Habits Fitness Challenge #2

Thanks to my new friends at Konkura, I can now challenge the entire world to all sorts of weird & wonderful fitness challenges.

Today’s challenge is all about overhead pressing power combined with anaerobic endurance.

You got me beat “old” man, I pumped out 21 in the first 30 seconds and thought I had you for sure, then it took me about 5 seconds to get the 22nd one up, and I was about 1/2 way through the 23rd when it hit 40s.  I knew I could not beat you and I was not really recovering strength so I stopped.Your still darn powerful!
