Health Habits Workouts

NOTE: This was my first attempt at creating a FREE series of workouts for an entire 52 weeks.

Unfortunately, somewhere during the digital transfer from one web host to another, it looks like I have lost a few posts. Of course the plan is to create new workouts as replacements, but seeing as this is a one-man fitness website, it may take a little time to finish this project.

But even with a few missing workouts, this is a great training program and it would be a shame to pull down the whole thing until I can replace the missing workouts.
